Virginia Mamas - doula recommendations?

Could any of you recommend a doula in the Lynchburg/Central VA area? I much prefer word-of-mouth referrals vs. google internet finds.... if possible. :)

I used Heather Meyer of Beautiful Birthing and she was great.  I have also heard lots of good things about Jennifer Monroe of Wonderfully Made Births and Amanda Ramirez of Exceptional Beginnings.
