Does anyone have a super simple recipe that I could make for dinner?

I have a huge hankering for chili--I think it's the weather!

Thanks!

2 cans of beans (I use one kidney, one pinto), rinsed and drained
1-2 cans diced tomatoes, drained
Onion
2Tbsp chili powder
1-2tsp cumin

Dice and saute onion
Combine all ingredients. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese and sour cream (or vegan substitute)

I use basically the same recipe as KodyAnn, but I add a jar of salsa, frozen corn, and a bottle of cheap beer.
