Super Emotional/Nauseous =[

Hi everyone, I'm brand new here. I've been browsing every pregnancy-related website I can find. I just have some questions and what I'm looking for are other mom's experiences...
I'm on my 4 th pregnancy, my kids are 11, 9, & 8. I'm married and my husband(hubbz) has 4 kids from previous relationships, 21, 19, 16 & 10. We are both excited to be blessed with a child together! We are also blessed in that we don't have lasting drama or negativity from any previous relationships. Very glad for that.
I'm struggling with becoming very weepy at all odd times, even when I would normally be happy or calm. It's confusing. Also, I'm looking for thoughts on how to cope with my NVP better. It happens between 5-7 am, 11-12 midday, and 6-8 pm. Any thoughts will be much appreciated. =]

I'm guessing your little crashes might have something to do with your meals - you might want to try a snack just at the start of feeling strange.  Often nausia is affected by hunger...that's why they say to eat a cracker or two before you get out of bed.  It could be just a slight drop in your blood sugar that is causing it - and this can also impact mood as well.  It might be a place to start anyway?
