Parenting Plans?

We haven't had anyy court dates yet. Still waiting to hear from my attorney what the "plan of action" is.

Supposedly, there is a Support/Custody hearing on the 26th.

Anyway, I have no desire to see or talk to him until then. However, we don't have a set plan in place. He has reverted back to the Weds and EOW visitation. That involves him dropping them off here on Sunday night. Ideally, I'd have him take them to school on Monday so I don't have to interact with him.

Of course, I don't want to talk to him either. There is also some testing for our son that needs to be discussed, again, I don't want to talk to him.

How do you guys communicate with each other during the divorce process? I don't know if he has an attorney and don't want to ask him. I could though.

He so easily enrolls me in his craziness that I am afraid of anything but the minimum of contact with him.

Write a letter? Send it to my attorney and have her send it to him? He is making this so difficult with his hostility.

Email, and whenever he's unreasonable, I forward it to my atty instead of responding and get her advice before responding.

I use email almost exclusively.  It also gives you a solid record (has been helpful in my custody fight)...
