I have a 4.5 month old son and as of yet he's unvaccinated.  His doctor is a naturopath and she recommends a delayed vaccination schedule, holding off on most shots until age 2 and only selectively vaccinating before that time.  Even still, we are concerned enough that we've yet to give him any at all.

 

I don't post much on this site, but I appreciate that the discussions here are usually mature and informed.  I was interested in the OP's question, and wanted to see what kind of feedback others would give- and I'm really disappointed to see that her thread was basically hijacked by propagandists.  As wary as I am of vaccines, I really feel like judgmental, pushy statements do nothing to contribute to the discussion.  For instance, why put the OP on the defensive by attacking her phrasing about the doctor "letting" her delay- we all know what she meant.  And she obviously likes her doctor, who sounds great, so telling her to find another one is just silly and belligerent.
