Man, I feel lousy the last couple of days. Both kids are sick and waking up constantly so I haven't been sleeping (slept about 3 hours last night) and I work 32 hours a week so I'm wiped. Morning sickness and food aversions have definitely kicked in as well... I can't even look in my fridge- it's full of meat and dairy and eggs and all three of those things make me feel distinctly pukey. All I really want is greasy, deep fried food OR fresh fruit. I can't imagine eating any cooked food- meat, veggies, soups, etc. I can handle noodles and bread as cooked items (or, like I said, deep fried things sound awesome) but that's about it. Hrm.
My mouth feels dry and metalic and yucky too, so I'm drinking a ton. This might also be part of my craving for greasy spoon food- it's all very high in salt, which I probably need a bit of.
Er right, I'll follow format:
Weeks: 6 as of today
Appointments: none yet... thinking about when on earth I'm supposed to fit something like that in!
Symptoms- think Im entioned that already!
Food- yuck yuck yuck. I don't want to think about it, mostly
Exercise: walking, chasing two toddlers around. Want to start a yoga thing but not sure I'll have time...
Body changes and milestones: I definitely have bit of a belly already, more so than 2 weeks ago even. That's about it, really.
Thoughts: I'm really excited about this whole thing. I want to tell everyone already but I'm trying not to.
