AP-friendly daycare or preschool recs in Denver area?

Hi, we might be moving to the metro Denver area, and I am looking for daycare centers and/or preschools that are AP-friendly (basically, those that have a very nurturing style) and preferably serve organic foods, whole grains, fresh fruits, etc.

I am not sure where or how to start looking. Any recommendations?

I am moving to Broomfield to work in Boulder, and I would LOVE to find such a place for my baby! Boulder has a small daycare that fits that description that I have been on the waiting list for almost a year and they said it would be at least six more months before they had a space for her. So, back to square one... I'm considering home day cares - I got a list from the Broomfield Child Care Association and I'm going to start calling tomorrow.

I just was cruising our local Craig's list and found this ad I thought you both might be interested in: http://boulder.craigslist.org/kid/2585793675.html It is for a holistic childcare in Boulder. I do not know anything about it though. Sounds cool!! Good luck! A couple places we are looking at for our baby are Sunshine House in Westminster, CO and The Academy in Broomfield. My sister recommended them. She took my niece and nephew both to Sunshine house and they loved it. The Academy seems cool from what i can read on their website. They do walk-in tours. I live in the Westminster/Broomfield area and work in Boulder too. Hopefully we all find the perfect spot for our little ones!
