Had my babe 3 weeks ago... she turned out to be a girl. Roxanne Marjorie. Our family is finished with 1 boy and 3 girls.
Waiting on September to find out if hubby gets his promotion (and a low number to actually get it), we're hoping or we can't go home in December (his current job has leave all sorts of wonky for Christmas, no one will be able to go home if they have kids in school) if he gets promoted he will change jobs and we can just hope that it will be to one that allows us to go home. If not, it will be 2 1/2 to 3 years from our last visit before we can visit again.
And I really want to get back in December. We just found out yesterday my mother in law has breast cancer and I really want to go visit her. She's such an awesome lady and I hate that she's going through this. My mom had breast cancer nearly 10 years ago, I know my mother-in-law has great chances (She had surgery yesterday and they already checked her lymph nodes and it hasn't spread, she's going to do radiation therapy now) plus my husband has his 10 year class reunion just before Christmas and he would love to go.
I'm still waiting for my bleeding to stop post-Roxanne. I want to be able to start losing weight again.
I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease during my pregnancy, endocrinologist thinks I've had it for the past decade since they kept rediagnosing me with hypothyroidism and then it would "go away" but never checked my antibodies. This is good news, I'm medicated now and she thinks doing what I normally do I should slowly lose the weight I've put on... and if I focus on eating a little better and getting more active, I can (safely, no less) lose about 3 pounds a week since I won't be cutting my calories/nutrition too much or burning too much.
