how's your food stash holding out?

for those of you who stocked the freezer, how's your supply these days?  So far, DS is an easier baby than DD and Im finding tiny bits of time to prep food etc - wondering if I should continue to stock the freezer in prep for "rough" nights ahead?

I had about 60 meals prepped, so we still have PLENTY. If we ate out of it every day, it would have lasted us right until DH leaves for the army (Oct 4th), but the first few days home b/c of my csection I didn't even feel like doing the little work it took to take something out of the freezer- so we ate take out/ fast food. Now we're eating out of it MOST days- but its looking like I'm still going to have a pretty good stash once DH leaves, which will be good b/c I hate cooking for just one person and if I don't have quick, easy things on hand to fix then i'll just snack all day on things like Goldfish and cereal or I just won't eat at all.

I think depending on how much you have left, it wouldn't hurt to add to your freezer stash for those days you just don't feel much like cooking

I made three weeks of meals and we have only used a few so far. My church has been so amazing, we had meals at our door for the first month!
