2480mg fenugreek (4 capsules)
1000mg alfalfa root
fish oil capsule
Cup of Mother's milk tea by Traditional Medicinals
I just added blessed thistle and marshmallow root as well.
I pump 2-5x/day as I can make it happen.
This is all just to keep baby fed and slowly build my freezer stash.

Erica, is this your routine right now or when you are working? If it's your routine now, may I ask how often you pumped while working and how many hours/days you were away from your DS? Right now I'm trying to get in as much pumping as possible, but I'm also trying to get a better understanding of how much I'll need to pump when I return to work.
