Vegans: What kind of supplements do you take?

I've been vegetarian since ~6 yrs and since then always take a multivitamin geared for vegans daily as well as flax seed capsules and some pro-biotics.

Now I've [finally!] made the switch to being vegan, I came across some articles stating vegans also should take a vitamin D supplement? I wasn't aware of that!

What are you all taking?

I had my vitamin D levels checked last summer and they were really low, so I supplement that in addition to a multivitamin. When I can afford it, I also take DHA, but the vegan stuff is way expensive and so I often skip it.

I'll add that since I started supplementing the D, I am hardly EVER sick anymore.

I don't actively supplement anything. I try to eat a balanced diet and consume many fortified foods. I do keep some flax seed oil handy for an extra omega boost but that's about it.

regularly I take a b-complex and a cal/mag/d combination. I should really add DHA.
