Dying and bleaching hair

does anyone know if its safe to color/ bleach hair while breast feeding?? i didnt do this my entire pregnancy and now my roots are Horrid!

There is no evidence that hair care products (dyes, permanents, or hair relaxers) used by a nursing mom have any effect on her breastfeeding baby.
