On mine I just changed the barrels. You can buy them at Home Depot or Lowes. I had a lot of external doors on my house and it was under $50. Well worth the peace of mind and made the place feel more like mine.

Changing the barrels would be cheaper.  I only have two doors.

Yesterday he moved all the furniture/big stuff.  It sent started off rough--but once my brother, bil and a mutual friend arrived to help he had to behave.  

Today, he was working on garage and stuff so I left.  No chaperone around.  

I have an entirely new bedroom.  All clean and organized.  (My sister and bil are also moving and I have their bed/bedding/dresser, etc.)  It's a great feeling.

Did he just take what he wanted, or did you have an official order documenting how things were to be split up?

We had an official order saying how things were split.

Fortunately, neither of super concerned about it the smaller stuff so no big disagreements there.  He left some things like the big TV because the house he is renting is partially furnished.

He came over at 645 this AM.  I was too sleepy to say anything but somewhere in the near future we need to have conversation about it.
