low temps

Yesterday I had a pretty low temp and was expecting high today and it was still lower then normal. I was thinking withthe 1st low temp that I was gonna O but no spike. Opinions please?

I looked at your chart and I would guess that you haven't O'd yet.  Keep up with the BDing (every other day or every day if you can)!

Oh darn I thought for sure that's what it was. Oh well.

It's absolutely possible you did O yesterday (CD 23).  Are you drier today?  I see you haven't marked CF yet.  This could be a temp spike, but we'll need to see two more high temps to confirm.  It is 0.2 degrees higher than any of the previous six temps, which is a good sign.  But, definitely keep DTD the next several days until your temp pattern proves O.  FX for continued high temps!

Definitely drier yesterday and today. Cervix isnt super soft anymore. High temp again today too. Good signs?!?

Yes, a good sign for sure!  But today's temp was disturbed... too early or too late?  FF will give you crosshairs when you get 3 or so higher temps.  I imagine it will confirm CD 23 with a CL around 97.65.

You're welcome!  I knew b/c the temp circle is white/open instead of black.  That always indicates the temp was taken over 30 minutes off of your default time OR that you marked "sleep deprived" in your list of symptoms.  Too early is a good thing, b/c it would have been higher if you had taken it at your normal time.  I would say pretty confidently that you're officially in the 2ww!

Very low temp this morning. I took it like 5 times using different thermometer to be sure.
Please tell me what's going on?
I took at same time I always do...slept good.

Well, not a great sign- this is why three high temps are necessary to confirm O.  But always keep in mind that one temp does not make a pattern. And really, don't bother with taking your temp over and over again b/c often it will just mess with your head.  The first temp is the right one for that day (unless your thermometer is broken or something).   If you get several temps that dip like that, then no O and expect another patch of EW and another spike OR breakthrough bleeding.  But if it goes back up and stays up then there is a good chance that you did O on CD 23.   Ovulation was dubious last cycle as well and there is a possibility that you're not regularly ovulating, which would explain your difficulty TTC.  If you are in fact ovulating, then you have obvious dips in progesterone/surges in estrogen during your LP, which could make sustaining a pregnancy difficult.  This is where charting is simply invaluable.  If you have several cycles where it appears that you may not be ovulating or have an infertile LP, then you can take that information to a reproductive expert and decide what steps make sense to take next.

As of the last 3 days I've had lots of cm...nothing like I've ever had...very gooey and stretchy. Yesterday I had some real strong cramps on my right abdomen but they only lasted like 10 Mins off and on. I've also never had days in a row of that kind of cm. Could O be trying to happen again? Cervix definitely had an opening with cm coming out last night.
Am I watching for high temps again to be sure?

If you're getting crazy EW and your cervix is HSO then that is a very strong indication that you're about to O.  It would explain why your temps did not stay up.   So definitely DTD every day until you dry up again and you see THREE high temps.  Cramping on just one side could be O pains (which can happen before, on, or after O).  You didn't O until around CD 28 last cycle either, so it could finally all be coming together now.  FX!

Should I believe FF or not with my O date?

At this point I would not select an O day.  Your chart is very difficult to interpret and I would want to wait until you bleed to determine if it looked like you O'd at all.  It's difficult when you first start charting if you don't have clear charts.  I wish things were more obvious for you.  But what this might tell us is that you aren't consistently Oing and that is valuable information.  You and your dh/dp are BDing machines!!  Good for you!  lol.gif   I see you were sticky yesterday, what about today?  Just keep doing what you're doing...

High temp this morning makes me wonder something. I temp vaginally and I slept with pants on last night andbut haven't been lately. Im just wondering if that would change my temp? I'm thinking it being warmer down there would make for a higher temp and cooler would be lower.Cold that happen? Or am I just over thinking?

It is possible that environment (sheets, clothing, etc.) can affect your temp.  Some women are quite sensitive to environmental changes.  But I would imagine that vaginal temping would remain more consistent than oral temping despite changes in environment.  It's just another thing you'll have to figure out over time as you get more charts under your belt.  But looking at your chart I wouldn't say that today's temp was "high" per se.  It wasn't low, but it's still well within your normal range at this point.  High would be up over 98.  So I lean toward saying that the pants did not really affect things and if they did it wasn't enough to ruin your pattern.
