Luna pads, what am I doing wrong?

I can't get the inserts to stay in the two straps.  They fall out.  I have tried several inserts in each and only one, and it happens either way.

 

I hate to think I spent money on something I wont be able to use.  Is there a trick to this?

Hi Purple*Lotus,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Liner Inserts. What size pads do you have? Do they seem to fall out right away or after a few hours of wear? Liner Inserts can shift around some after wearing for a while, the great thing is that unlike disposables, you can readjust them if needed. Some women experience Pad/Liner shifting and others don't. We recommend wearing snug fitting cotton underwear to help keep everything in place. (Many folks seem to have a collection of "Period Panties" that can often be a little looser and more well-worn than what's ideal for use with cloth pads.)
