Bree - cutting the junk should make a huge difference. I still get cravings for processed foods, and it's hard to stay away.

AFM - stepped on the scale this am (my weigh in day isn't til Fri) and liked what I saw! 155.6! I know by Friday it'll go up but as long as I don't gain this week I'll be happy. I'm not exercising at ALL b/c of Halloween and DH being gone. I see now how it is for you guys -- no DH means no treadmill time, not even 20 min! I took the kids for a walk today but I was so tired it was a short one. It was a lazy, slow, doesn't count kind of walk.
Erica (and anyone else doing WW) - how many points do you think pizza w/no cheese but only veggies and sauce is? I'm estimating 4-5 per slice, is that too low you think? Normal white crust, not deep dish or anything. It can't be much more than that, right?
