Chicken chow mein out of the crockpot tonight with extra rice from the other night. DH gets in with two kids at 5:30, I come home with the other two at 6:20 and by then everyone is starving.

my meal plans feel pointless in this cluster-feeding phase. Took leftover eggplant/tofu stir fry out for tonight- will use the rest of tofu with zucchini tomorrow night. When i have 10 minutes I will make a frittata.......Made salmon the other night- NIGHTMARE- realized cooking isnt happening right now!!!!
Chana masala is here. I've tweaked it a bit over the past few months, but nothing majorly different from what's on the page. We serve it with quinoa.
I'm doing just the online program. I LOVE it so far and it's only been one day. It's really opening my eyes to what I've been eating. I did the 3 months online membership and it was $57. I think 3 months is a good start. I have 25-30 lbs to lose overall.
ETA - the chana masala with quinoa comes out to 10 pts.
DH made this the other night and it was yummy! DS loved it. Also, there are several other recipes I want to try from the site. Most of them look fairly simple and simplicity is what my mind needs these days.

I know, it's like a circus act trying to eat when DH isnt here- and when he is i feel even more rushed because I feel badly he's waiting for me- UGH
When he's not here.. I eat sandwiches. Or eggs if Charlie's mood is right.
And if he is here. Well, if he has to wait, he has to wait. If he's starving, he'll do something about it ;)
