Exempt and Epidemics, what if?

What if a child has an exempt from vaccs from school and there is an epidemic?

And.. there is mandatory vaccinations. How do they actually enforce it?

Do people actually take kids out of school for mass vaccinations days and

then come back or do they vax kids because it would be illlegal not to?

What about home schooled kids, if the outbreak calls for epidemics law

are the homeschooled kids forced to be vaxed if they are not current on the required vax?

They remain out of school until the dept of health declares the epidemic to be over. I know of no such state (other than maybe west virginia,) that would force mandatory vaxes, even for an exempt child, home-schooled or not.  For example, my beliefs prohibit me from engaging in such a practice, and if need be, i would disappear off the grid with my family.

Hm... on the form it says that during the epidemic there exempt is not honored.

That means that the unvaccinated child cannot attend school during an epidemic. It does not mean that the child is forced to get a vaccine.

Is this a fact or your interpretation? I had been explained that that means that children who are extempt under normal times, will be vaccinated during the epidemics. Jus curious if you

know this as a fact what you said or is it what you think is?

what state and what form?  What is the exact language on the form? 

Unless there is a world wide epidemic, no state that I know of has mandatory vaccination. There are only requirement for schools, hospitals etc. 

There is also a difference between an outbreak (where your area is affected by the Endemic (normal amounts of a disease), an epidemic and a Pandemic)

It is a fact. State vaccine laws apply only to school and daycare attendance. In any state, when they say the exemption is not valid during an outbreak, it means that the child cannot attend school during the outbreak if they remain unvaccinated.
