Must get a flu vax---how would you prepare??

Okay, I need to get a flu vaccine. It is mandatory for my job, and for various reasons, I would rather not fight this one. (My kids, however, are a different story!)

Anyway, what would you do to best prepare yourself? I've already considered making sure that it is a single dose vaccine (no thimerosol, no?). Anything else? Extra Vit C? Vit D? I don't know. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

I would load up on things to boost your immune system. Also, no tylenol the day of, there is some research in children that indicates it reduces the effectiveness of the vaccine, and it would be silly to go through with it if you didn't at least get the benefits.  Maybe try posting this in the Selective Vax area as well.

There are herbal protocols that can be taken to help flush right after the shot.

Here is a link to Russell Blaylock's advice if you are forced to take a flu vaccination. This was written for the H1N1 shot.
