For those of you that can't or won't take the CLO/FCLO... what do you do instead?

If you don't take it for whatever reason (price or gag factor, etc...) what do you do instead to "replace" it?

Have to interject winky.gif
One bottle lasts close to 6 months for one person. Not at all costly.
And we squirt it into size 00 capsules so we do not gag on it.
I can put the whole bottle into capsules watching one movie.
I make sure and send them to the fridge a handful at a time, as they will leak if not kept cold.
Just fill up a quart jar, put a lid on, keep cold and take 3 per serving.

Ok but what if you are more than one person? What if you many more in your family? If you had 3 or 5 or 7 or ? That really raises the price.

And some can't even get it down in frozen capsules, they still gag.

Not discounting it... I just know that not everyone can tolerate it or afford to give it to many household members. So I am seeing what people are doing lately instead of taking it.  :)

Well, the options are, eat LOTS of liver, both red and fish, pastured eggs and milk, and any other organ meats you can obtain.

Fish oil is not an option for replacing.

Personally, we find a way to pay for it for our family. It means no more sunburns for all, DDs palate widening, and DHs diabetes no longer causing healing issues and organ damage.

As our family grows, if I have to hold a bake sale to buy a case of it, I will thumb.gif

Great tip about the capsules! Why didn't I ever think of that?!
And my dd can take capsules now. They carry empty capsules at health food stores, don't they?
Great idea, Bubbling Brooks! Thanks!
I have also heard about using CLO topically. Anyone know about this?
