Anybody do cross fit? I think it may be a better fit for me than yoga because it takes less time, and fits my intense/aggressive self...
I found cross fit mom, which has daily workouts for pregnant women.
This morning the kids and I did the workout from 2 days ago. I didn't run yesterday...took a nap instead..., and today was a rest day. I figured I'd only been goofing around with workouts the two previous days, and then didn't do anything yesterday, so I should do something. It was fun, and I'm really looking forward to it.
Not to mention...I'm pretty sore. :)
