Can a poopocket be made intoa F/B type dipe?

I have been looking onto the poopocket pattern because i am wanting an one size diaper plus an easy pattern to learn with.
I have heard alot about it being bulky. Can it be made into a f/b style dipe by just using the pul and fleece? and maybe no gussets, just elastic arounf the legs? That would mean I could make it as trim as I wanted..right????

I posted about something similar and rec'd 'yes' -- my post was re: making my own ME AIO's, but poopockkets were recommended as a base pattern ...

Hey! She has this section called More for your Money, where she has free pattern variations, and it includes a pocket poopocket! I should think that you could use PUL on the outside rather than flannel or whatever they've got here. But I've NEVER made a diaper, so wait for other responses first -- or ask at new conceptions!
