I made this for my girlfriend who had a preemie, plus pictures of my youngest

That is so gorgeous! I was just shopping for fabric to make blankets for my preg. friends today. I didn't have any luck, but that blanket is inspiring!

Uh-oh. I feel another project coming on...

Maybe after I paint the foyer, beadboard the kitchen, make my son some hemp fleece fitteds and sew new curtains for our bedroom....

I have a Pfaff 2140 upgraded to a 2144 and I used that for the whole thing. The font was kids Then we hand tied all the individual yarns with embroidary floss.
