This may be the stupidest question but what in the world is a PUL? You have to understand I have never picked up a needle and thread in my life except to pass it along to Grams! I skipped home ec and well, lets just say crafting has never been my thang! Now that I am finally interested I want to know this stuff so when I go somewhere to pick it out I know what I am sayin. Polyeurethane Laminated fabric, it's a water proof fabric used for the outerlayer on covers or all in ones.

It's fabric, with a layer of polyurethane laminated to one side to make it waterproof. It can be knit or woven, nylon, cotton or polyester or some blend of fibers.

When I first read the subject line I thought you would be asking about a dressmaker's dummy :LOL
