Floating "She Knows" ads

If I become a member will these disappear? I really hate them and Adblock plus for firefox just doesnt work for me because it makes the top bar of mothering disappear, making it hard for me to navigate the site.

Comes across my screen at random times, has been doing this for several months.

I get the same thing and it is annoying! It goes right to the center of the screen and you have to close it before you can do anything else.
