Has anyone ever used Folex stain remover for carpets or furniture? Anyone know what's in it?
It claims to be non-toxic, water based, etc. It has no smell, and it works great!
But I can't find anything that actually says what it IS. Their website only says what it isn't : toxic, petroleum-based, etc.
Whatever it is, I'm sure it's not the most natural/organic thing to use, but it's the only thing that has worked even a little bit on our carpet and if it's safe enough, I want to use it on all our carpets to get them good and clean.
(So far, I've only tried it on some spots, including an OLD olive oil spot in our dining room that DH decided to leave there since the oil didn't really show at first. By the time I noticed it, it was several months old, and has only gotten darker since the oil is attracting whatever dirt gets tracked on it by our shoes. It was black this morning. Now it's practically gone!)
