One of our employees must have given our office number as his phone number for a credit company and now a collection agent is calling here ALL THE TIME. Everytime she calls, the office manager makes it clear that this in a business, the employee does not work in the office but out in the field and to not call again.
This has gone on long enough and now I need to call this agency back and put a stop to the constant calling.
I thought it was illegal for bill collectors to call people at work. Anyone know anything about this?
