What vitamins for non-vaxed 16mo?

Can someone recommend a great vitamin for a 16mo who is non vaccinated? She still breastfeeds but I am pregnant so it's not as much milk.

Pediatrician recommended flouride because we have none here where we live.

I'd like a vitamin regime that's practical for her age but will help her immune system.

Can someone recommend brands that are good but inexpensive?

And what about probiotics?

I would not give the fluoride.

Do you think you're child's getting enough vitamin D from the sun? If not a D supplement could be good.

have iron levels been tested? breastfed toddlers often need an iron supplement. and i second the vitamin d. as far as a multivitamin, i would go with one that is food based rather than synthetic. rainbow light has a good chewable that is food based. floradix is a great iron supplement. and cod liver oil is an awesome source of vitamins a and d, and awesome for those growing toddler teeth. as far as immune boosters, echinacea and goldenseal are great for strengthening the imune system.
