The recipes are vegetarian, some vegan, and look soooo easy. I tried the stuffed potato bread (aloo paratha) yesterday, and it really was as easy as she makes it look. Yummy, too. And very forgiving - I didn't have all the spices, so I tossed in cumin and ginger, and it worked fine. This is great for me, since DD1 is vegetarian & loves Indian food and DH is having trouble with dairy. Thought I would share!
