Encouraging the milk factory to shut down

I nursed DD for 33 months, and then we weaned. It was a good experience for both of us.

That was almost 3 months ago, and my breasts are still huge. If I gently squeeze my nipples, milk comes out. I realize that my body has been in "milk factory" mode since I got pregnant in January 2008, but now I'm ready to put that chapter of my life behind me. And I'd like to fit into my regular bras again, or at least not be a DD cup anymore.

Any suggestions for natural ways to encourage my breasts to stop producing milk? I'm not engorged or anything, and there's no pain. I just feel like my body hasn't figured out that no more milk will be needed.

Thanks in advance for perspectives/help.

Has anyone else experienced this???

Maybe try sage tea. I don't have any experience, but it's supposed to dry up milk.

Thanks for the idea! I'll give it a try.
