Anyone else spying on November?

They already have a couple babies born...  a little early, but not suuuuper early.  ACK!

I repeat. ACK!!!!

I'm not spying on November...but I AM hoping for a slightly-early-but-not-too-early baby. (Within two weeks early I mean.)

I probably should! I'm due on Dec. 3rd, but have only once made it past my due date - with my 3rd who has a genetic condition that often causes a longer pregnancy. My sixth was born at 38 weeks, so I have no idea when #7 will make her arrival. My oldest will be in town for Thanksgiving, so I would loooove to have this baby at 39 weeks! Maybe I'll go spy just a little....

Yes!  I noticed that!  It's adding to my freaking out about our LACK of time left!!

I tend to overcook mine- the only one before 40 weeks was induced as a result of complications.  Other than that- I just DON'T go into labor on my own.

However, I don't think the OB will go with that approach this time, and I'm not really willing to take the risks this time around either.

Also, I don't really feel like I will necessarily make it nearly as far this time....

I am not due till the 26th and tend to go over my due date, so I have been peeking on January.  I have a feeling I will be the last man standing from our due date club.  It seems like a long, long way away.

But I am still having the holy-smokes-time-is-flying panic.  Between now and the baby's birth, I have to handle dd's birthday, ds's birthday, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas (ack!), and then dh's birthday.

Oh, and there is this baby to plan for.... Oi!

Ruthiegirl -- I've also been peeking at January.  I've gone as far as 17 days past my EDD during previous pregnancies, and labor never arrived before a week past my EDD.

I'm overwhelmed with tasks this time of year, too.

Ruthiegirl & BennyPai, I too have been peeking/posting in the January DDC, as I'm due Dec. 27 with my first, and both my husband and I were three weeks late, my cycles are long, and first babies on average "cook" a week longer than their EDD. So my due range is anywhere from Christmas to Epiphany LOL It's good to know that we can have a "last man standing" club!

I'm having the holysmokestimeisflyingandyetstandingstill thing too - I don't even want to think about all the stuff that needs doing between now and then!

I am due on 12/27 also!  So 3 more months, which seems like a lonng time to me! I haven't felt well in 6 mos now...

DS was ~8 days late... so I'm really not sure about this one. Hoping he'll be here around 12/27 or 12/28!!

I really haven't done any thing to get ready. I registered for a few things, mostly cloth diaper supplies. We won't need much else. Trying to decide when to sort out all the clothes, bring stuff up from the basement. Kind of afraid to do it too soon. Maybe Thanksgiving?

ETA I say Thanksgiving b/c we won't be traveling and probably will be home alone!

I have been. In two months I will be full term and while I don't expect baby for another week or two after that (mine have all been between 38-just after 39 weeks) I know it's possible. In some ways- like when my hips are killing my like today- it seems like it can't come close enough. In other ways- Eek- I have a lot to do!
