awesome!! You are a hypno-guru :) My hubs hasn't done any of the scripts with me either, but I seem to automatically relax when he rubs my back or arm or head while I am falling asleep, so I feel like he generally relaxes me anyways. I can't wait to hear about all these wonderful hypnobirths :)

I kind of half-a$$ed the program, yet it still worked for me!!).  I also REALLY liked the "relax" cue and my husband used it during transformation for me when I was SUPER close to pushing and starting to come out of my hypnosis a bit.  It took me RIGHT back where I needed to be... and we had never even practiced it together (we did NO scripts together that entire pregnancy.... we definitely are this time!!  It will be that much stronger!!)
