Natural Alopecia Areata Treatment Needed... I'm still breastfeeding!!!

Hi everyone.

I am still breastfeeding my 9 month old son and planned to continue breastfeeding until he's a year old.  Everything was going great until I started getting bald spots again.  (I've suffered from Alopecia since I was 15.)  Pre-pregnancy and baby, I would get cortisone shots and my hair would grow back immediately.  Unfortunately, now I can't get shots so I need an alternative remedy.  Please help!  I have two very large bald spots.  Any suggestions anyone???
