Oh I am jealous reading about all the new little ones!! I wish I could put my announcement up :) Who all are still waiting? I was due yesterday. My two natural labors both started at 40+3 so I have 2 days til I really get upset lol I've been having prodromal labor so every few days I feel pretty down but I know it'll happen eventually!

I am still here! I am at 41wk today. Hooked to the NST as I type. :-) I'm getting my membranes swept again today and praying that does the trick-- I am so tired of being pregnant and in plain old chronic pain at this point. I told dh there's just not room for baby and me in here anymore. Here's hoping we both go soon!

Hang in there mamas!  Before you know it you will be cuddling with your new little ones!!

I'm still here! Due two days ago... I've had prodromal labor off and on the past week, too. I know baby HAS to come out eventually, but I'm getting antsy.

Val H and I are here too.

Yeah.

I'm now over 5cm, and yesterday evening I was SO RESTLESS I couldn't stand it. Also moody. My 14 year old though came to me for advice last night (about boys!!) and we talked about lots of different things and I was so proud so my mood greatly improved :) I have been having lots of contractions again the past 36 hours but nothing to be called labor.

I'm here, and pretty bummed today.  I haven't dilated at all, and haven't been having any contractions to speak of.  I feel like I'll be pregnant FOREVER!

I am passed "bummed".  I am pissed.  I should not be around anyone.  I should not have keys to an automobile.  I should not have access to people/phones or other media outlets.

I know they come when they are "suppose" to.  I do.  I get that and I accept that.  I just don't get the space/time continuum that makes each day after the 40 week mark last 36-48 hours!

So that's where I am at.  Have I mentioned that I HATE the October birthstone and it SO doesn't match the other kids :( :( :(

hug2.gif  Hugs to you, scsigrl!  And to any other moms-to-be out there that are getting frustrated.  I'm right there with you... at least I'm a little less weepy today!  So far anyway.

I was up with diahrrea and contractions 4 minutes apart during the night for 2 hours...then it stopped. I think I'm gonna have me a nice cry in the shower today.

You other waiting ladies still here?

I am now scheduled for an induction wed. I'll be 41+6. It'll be with a foley bulb catheter with just a whiff of pit since I'm VBACing. CNM says I should be able to go home at the end of the day if they can't get anything going and baby is looking good. of course, I'm hoping something starts up before then. I guess I'll ask for my THIRD membrane strip at my appt tomorrow. :-( I've been having cramps and light contrax all day, but I've had so many hours of prodromal labor that goes nowhere that I'm not too hopeful for anything starting for real.

Still here.

I hope the sweep works for you tomorrow!  Hang in there!

Thinking of all of you, and hoping it happens for you soon!  Konayossie, I think my third sweep finally got things going, I was in labour within 24 hours.  Hope it works for you!

I'm still here!  I woke up to spotting this morning, and lost my mucus plug on my last trip to the bathroom.  I've had some painful contractions, but they aren't consistent.  I'm still hopeful to be in labor in the next day or two!

Konayossie - I hope the third membrane sweep does the trick for you!

5-8 ish, had regular ctx.  Got the Little Man ready for school.  Got everything ready for dinner and things seem to have stopped/slowed significantly.  I did call my MW and photographer though to give them a heads up.  My last 2 labors both followed the same course (started at 8-9 PM, #1 STOM and to the hospital at 7 AM, #2 born at 9 AM) so this is different.  I am trying hard not to get my hopes up and think "It could just be practice still!" but at 41w1d, that isn't what I *really* want to think :(

Come on Mama's!  We can do this together!  We rock and are strong and will be holding our kiddos soon!  I can feel it!

Yah! I hope it keeps up for you!!!

I actually made a little progress this weekend--up to 3cm and baby dropped to a -1. CNM did an "aggressive" sweep that had me leaking blood on the table and lots of cramps now. Ugh. Hoping the third time's the charm!

Yeah Konayossie!!!  I hope it is too!

Everything stalled out here :(  I am thinking I will be the worlds first pregnant forever woman :(

scsigrl - Don't worry, you can't be pregnant forever... it just feels like that some days!!!  hug2.gif  Hope things pick up again soon.  Maybe try a nice long walk to give them a jump start?

konayossie - fingersx.gif  Hope that this third sweep gets things moving!  And yay for being 3 centimeters!!!!

I just got back from a check.  I'm 1-2 centimeters, baby's at -1, 60% effaced.  So I'm making progress!!!!  Doc thinks I'll have this baby by the end of the week... let's hope we all have your babes by then!

It was the real deal for me! Baby arrived this morning at 4:46 by VBAC! I am so thrilled! Hang in there--I was 41+5. I'm glad I stayed patient--we ended up needing nothing to move labor along once it started (ok, except the 3membrane sweeps).
