In MA, if I have sole custody and he has visitation, according to a temp court order, do I have to allow the kids to go on visitation? If I don't want them to go, do I have to?

That's a tough one. I however, would grant the visitation WITH another family member/friend. Just to look favorable in the court. Define the time/place too.

Need to know more to answer fully, but if he has court-ordered visitation than I think you might be held in contempt of court not to give him the visit...

Yes you have to allow the visitation.  Denying visitation, or requiring it to be supervised, when he has court ordered visitation, is very bad.  Don't do it.  Unless there is imminent danger to the children, and you can prove it with hard and fast evidence.
