multiple days of ovulation pain

I always get ovulation pain on the day day of ovulation.  This month is different, though...

This month, I had dull achy ovulation pain (or something that seems like ovulation pain) on cd8, cd10, cd11, and cd12 (today).

We dtd on the am of cd8, so maybe that is the cause?  I was feeling the dull achy kind of pain the whole day.

We dtd in the pm of cd10, but I was feeling the achiness the whole day there too.

We dtd in the am of both cd11 and cd12.

I've added new supplements as of this cycle.  Royal jelly, wheatgrass, EPO, low dose aspirin, increased vitamin E, and increased vitamin D3.  I'm suspecting that something here may have brought this on?

I had a positive Clear Blue Digital OPK on the AM of cd 10.

I think I may have ovulated on cd10, though that would be really weird with a positive OPK on cd10.  My temps did not make a huge jump, but they are increasing.

My temps:

cd1 98.4

cd2 98.3

cd3 98.4

cd4 98.7

cd5 98.5

cd6 98.4

cd7 98.3

cd8 98.4

cd9 98.8 (had major sleep issues that night - possibly the reason for the high temp?)

cd10 98.5

cd11 98.7

cd12 98.9

(FWIW, I think my temps are super high overall because of my thermometer.  My temps are 5 points higher than with the BD thermometer I started comparing against.)

Just wondering what you guys think :)  Thanks so much!

Sometimes I get ovulation pain for a few days before, during and after ovulation.  Sometimes it's just one day, sometimes 3 or 4.  Sometimes it's really pretty painful other times it's just achy.  So I think it can be pretty different each month.  Maybe it has something to do with the side the egg is released from.  And my temps don't increase much either but they do increase so I don't worry about it.

Thanks groovymama :)  That makes me feel better.

Ovulation pain can be caused by several different things and can be before, on the day of O, or after. O pain is not just caused by the egg bursting from the ovary, but more commonly from follicular fluid irritating the pelvic area.
