Sustainablebabyish diapers, which one to go with?

I'm to attend a baby shower party in December, where the happy mother-to-be have made it very clear she wants us to contribute to her cloth diaper stash...I've got it boiled down to a Sbish Underwoolies in small (as an at-home cover, would it leak because of compression if used underneath clothes?) and one or two Sbish diapers...the problem is I can't choose which one.

So, please tell me about your favourite sbish diaper and why you love it. Right now, I'm leaning towards two flats since in my very limited experience of cloth diapering (I babysit the neighbours little one sometimes, and they use flats) flats are the most versatile since they can be pinned around baby and worn as is at home, used under a cover for going out and used padfolded as doublers.

However, I've also read a lot of good things about their fitted diapers for nighttime use, so perhaps one of those would be a better choice for her to try? Especially since it also comes with boosters, that can be used with other diapers if she doesn't like it.

On the other hand, I like that the snapless is snapless (I'm thinking a better fit around the wasit) and that it is a one size.

I think that their flats are very nice -- really they're more like a prefold size, but they're equally thick all the way across instead of having a thicker pad in the middle.  They're stretchy, pretty, and seem to hold more than a regular prefold.  A snappy even works with them as long as you dig the teeth in a little.

The SB fitteds do work very well.  I don't know if the design has changed, but I had 6 that were a couple of years old and they do start to get holes in them where the various flaps of the diaper/doubler part are sewn together and get pulled different ways in the wash.  They also took forever to dry :).  I did ditch all of my fitteds because I like the simplest washing routine imaginable though, so if you know she wants fitteds that may be the way to go.  I like Motherease Sandy's for fitteds that are easy to wash/dry and they don't have any attached doublers to start tearing.

Their wool covers are nice (not my favorite, but nice).  I only have a knit cover though, not interlock.  (Wild Child Woolies are adorable and my very favorite wool cover.)
