Foolproof toddler snacks?

I need some new ideas for toddler snacks!

DD (2.5 yo) consumes vegetables hesitantly, but a fun presentation will overcome her reticence to eat green things.  We often make bugs on a log (celery sticks spread with cream cheese or peanut butter, topped with raisins), and that is a big hit.

Yesterday, MIL made a little hors d'ouevre that DD loved -- thick slices of cucumber, with a shallow "bowl" scooped out of the center, filled with a spoonful of hummus and topped with a sprinkling of paprika.  A bit too fussy for me to make regularly, but for DD -- who usually hates hummus -- this was a revelation.

So, what are some other "fun" ways of preparing healthy foods that encourage your toddler (or older child) to eat more of them?  Ideas please!!!

I make faces on a plate w/an assortment of things like pickle chunks, mandarin oranges, banana circles, sugar snap peas, carrot shreds, cheese slices or shreds, cucumber, etc. Or for all of them I'll get out a big cookie sheet and make a whole scene. Doesn't take long if I keep some stuff already cut up in the fridge.

I can serve about anything in a muffin tin.

They seem to at least have a bite of everything that way.

My kids will eat about any raw veggie, as long as they have ranch dip for it.

They love frozen peas too.

Tea sandwiches

DD loves little sandwiches and I fill them with veggies. We went to a tea house and she gobbled everything up! You can do salmon salad, egg salad..so many options.

These ideas are brilliant, thank you so much!!!  The muffin-tin link was fantastic.  I felt like I was stuck in a "mommy rut" with food -- but I'm out now!

Here's today's big hit:

Awww, cute pic.

My kids will eat anything if they can eat it outside.  My kids will just plain eat anything, lol.  And they do.  Alot of it.  It's expensive!

I need this thread! All my boys want to eat for snacks are cheese, bread, crackers, apples, bananas. Veggies? Forget it. Dinner is a problem too. They want all the "kid food" (pizza, grilled cheese sandwiches, spaghetti with cheese, etc), and no "real" food. Ugh. I will be trying the muffin tin and face suggestions!
