Do you guys think I'm pregnant??

So, my period was due today but it's late, i'm having cramps, nausea, my breasts hurt, TERRIBLE JOINT PAIN, migraines, even mood swings and frequent urination. Along with those when I press down above my pelvic bone I get a really bad sharp shooting pain. ( I stopped doing that!). 

I got a negative pregnancy test this afternoon, do you think I still tested to early?

So, I am still not sure if I'm pregnant or not. I got something that SEEMED like a period but I'm not completely sure. It was heavy like a period. But it was dark and brown like implantation bleeding with my son. When I had implantation bleeding before it was more like spotting. This time it was enough to wear a tampon (srry TMI). Should I just go take a test or what do you think I should do?

I think you should test again. When my period was lighter than usual last time I took a test when it was over.

So 10 days passed between your first and second post and if you didn't have a normal period, I would definitely assume you are pregnant (assuming you have regular cycles). In all of my pregnancies, I had implantation bleeding with serious menstrual-like cramping. Thing is a flow never picked up (except in the case of the miscarriage I had earlier this year, I bled normally for 2 days before it stopped abruptly. I miscarried at 9 weeks).
