Home birth friendly MD or CNM in San Francisco?

I just found out I'm pregnant after many many years of infertility.  We actually got pregnant naturally, but due to my history I need to follow up with an OB or CNM to check hormones and possibly do some intervention there...

I have a good friend who is a homebirth CNM who will likely do the bulk of my care, but I'm wondering if anyone in San Francisco can recommend an MD or CNM who won't be horribly offended if I come in during the first trimester and then transfer care to my friend.  Unfortunately I moved recently and my previous OB and my midwife friend are all about an hour drive away, and I'd rather see someone in SF if possible.  Someone who is supportive of homebirth and would provide concurrent care if necessary would be a great bonus (though not required).
