I have never *named* my babies before they are born. I usually keep a running list of names that I like, then I take a couple of days after they are born to get to know their little personalities.
Funny story - we had a hard time naming Jason - we loved the name Conner so much the whole time I was pg, but I said it just didn't fit him. This woman kept bugging me to get the paperwork filled out. Finally, 15 minutes before we were set to go home, I said "Ok, Conner then". We came home, went to church (my dd was in a drama skit and I wanted to see her) and after church I told Conan I just didn't think Conner fit him, I wanted to call him Jason. So his name is still legally Conner lol. I promised Conan I would get it legally changed before this baby is born
