Organic produce co-op in Tinley Park, IL

I run a co-op over in Naperville, IL and I am thinking of starting one in the Tinley area. Trying to figure out how much interest might be out there.

Basically we are a co-op that orders organic produce at wholesale prices. You pick whatever you would like and pick up your order usually every other week. All ordering is done through the email and you pay when you pick up your order.

I'm not from the Tinley/Orland area and not too sure how much a demand there is for organic foods. Ideas? Thoughts? Any interest?

We live in Beverly but would be willing to go to Tinley for pickups as opposed to venturing into the city for our last one.

I'm quite certain, at least from families in my area, that there would be interest. Considering a lot of families already travel to Trader Joes regularly. I'll ask around.
