Anyone else had a yeast infection in your breast?

I'm weaning my 28 month old DS and we had gotten down to once a day or so and to make a long story short, I've put together the symptoms I've been having over the last 5 days and realized I have a yeast infection in my breast. This isn't the first time - I'd had them twice when DS was a newborn and once with my DD when she was a newborn but I'm surprised that my little guy is almost 2 1/2 and I have a yeast infection in my breast again. Has anyone else had a yeast infection in your breast with a child that wasn't a tiny baby anymore? The odd thing was that I have been taking acidophilus capsules and this concentrated 7 bitter herbs powder (from Germany) every day since the beginning of August and I hadn't been over-eating in the sugar department (all things that I think should help prevent yeast from developing). What have people done to prevent yeast infections? I live in a developing country so I may not have access to everything that's in a western country but any suggestions would be great as I'm totally puzzled.

try putting the acidophilus on your nipple while your baby nurses.  I had it when my first one was an infant and after doing that it cleared up. Just open up the capsule and dust it on your nipple and then let the baby latch.  Hope that helps.

Yogurts are high in probiotics and every time I get a yeast infection I eat a cup of yogurt a day and that gets rid of it and keeps it away. Also some soft cheeses, saurkraut and pickles. Look for the ingredient acidophillus or lactobacillus. Stay away from yeasty foods like bread. Keep your breasts dry and wear airy bras and shirts to keep them cool.
