10 week old refusing one breast

it's my right one, which has an extremely forceful let-down. i've been block nursing for at least 4 weeks now. my supply has lessened but not my let-down. my left breast is strong, too, but not as strong. today whenever i offer my right, he sucks for a few seconds and then cries and screams before anything even happens. i switch him to my left and he's fine. what can i do?

It might not have anything to do with your let down.,  I took my little one to a Cranial-sacral specialist because when she was in utero, she didn't seem to roll around and as a result she has difficulty positioning on my right side to nurse.  It sounds like this was not an issue before but finding a therapist or chiro to do some work might do a world of good.  It worked really well for us.

thanks. i did take him to a chiro who checked him out. said he was fine. he doesn't do it so much anymore.
