Think treatment may be affecting my thyroid - help me interpret these results?

I'm on interferon for melanoma and one possible side effect is thyroid issues.  

I'm having weight gain, extremely dry skin, exhaustion, I'm loosing my hair, constipated etc....

The dr said it could be related to the interferon or it could be my thyroid.  

So, he ordered a bunch of tests (one I got from stop thyroid madness website)  but, I haven't been back yet to talk to him about the results.  So, can anyone help me interpret these?

Ferritin 91 (range 13-150)

RBC 3.6 (3.5-6.0)

Sodium 144 (range 136-145)

Potassium 4.4 (range 3.5-5.1)

Glucose 88 (range 70-105)

Calcium 8.6 (range 8.6-10.5)

Vit B12 1226 (range 211-946)

Folate >20 (range >3)

Iron 79 (range 35-155)

T3 Free 2.0 (range 2.0-4.4)

T3 Uptake 26 (range 24-39)

T4 7.5 (range 4.5-12.0)

T4 Free 0.89 (range 0.82-1.77)

TSH 3.160 (range 0.450-4.500)

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Dr just called - this month's lab work show that my TSH went up from 3.1 to 5.2.  He wants to start me on synthroid. 

Anyone have any thoughts or advice?
