Cracklings from rendering lard.... What should I do with them??

Hello!

 

I rendered some lard today (which turned out splendidly I might add!) and have some nice cracklings, what does everyone do with theirs... looking for some ideas!!!

put them in biscuits!  yum!

eat them on rice, or fry rice with them.  for a while I'd throw them in with greens too.  and um.... eat them plain..... yum..... cracklins!
