A TMI question- about IUD removal and Periods

I got my IUD out on Thursday- a bit of spotting- but then it stopped for 2 days.  Now, I am full on "period" style bleeding.  I am not sure if this is due to the IUD removal- or if this is my first period?

I typically "cycle" during this time of the month- in fact, I have all the signs and symptoms of a period except the bleeding.  Sore breast, cramps, pain in lower back, tired.... Just normally no blood.

Now- I feel like I just added the flow to the symptoms?  Would I be having the flow this quickly after removal?

When I got my IUD out - I got my period a couple of days after - so I think it's normal for that to happen.  If you're really concerned call your doctor just to be 100% sure - but the same thing happened with me - and within a few days it stopped.
