I had a hospital birth and was sent home with three extra post-partum ice packs. They are like maxi pads, they have a sticky back to attach to your undies. You have to crack them (kind of like a hand warmer) to get them to start cooling, then stick them in, and they stay cold for quite a while. Very soothing if you're sore or had a tear. I would like them to be put to use. If you want them please let me know where you are and I'll find out the shipping costs - I am not charging for them, but can't afford to pay shipping just now.
