I'm loving The New Girl.

Whitney I'm not super fond of, but something about it makes me want to love it. I think the laugh track might be holding me back from really embracing it.

Liking Pan Am-interested to see where it is going.

I can't think of any others.. what new shows are you watching?

I'm loving New Girl because I love Zooey!  I've only watched one Pam Am so far so I'm curious where it's going.  It was a bit over-the-top with the "Get it?  It's the 60s!!!".  I tried Up All Night but couldn't get through a whole episode.  I love Will Arnett and Christina Applegate but it just seemed terribly stereotypical right out of the gate.

I haven't tried Whitney because I'd figured it wasn't my cup of tea from the promos.

The only new show I am watching regularly is Revenge.

Don't have time for any others right now, but I will definitely catch up on New Girl during the Xmas break because I loved the premiere.

Anyone watching Person of Special Interest or the fairy tale show?  I've been really curious about both of them.

I don't think the fairy tale one came out yet? A few more weeks maybe? That's what I'm very much hoping to see and get into! I also am waiting patiently for the new Walking Dead : ) That's really all I watch

I will be watching Grimm for sure.  I have DVRed Person of Interest but haven't watched it yet.

I am watching Terra Nova and looking forward to checking on Once Upon a Time. Was hoping Ringer (with Sarah Michelle Gellar/ Buffy) would be good. Meh, no.

Yeah, me too.  I just didn't really like ANY of the characters, none of them really appealed to me.  I also just found myself bored and wanting to watch or read something else.

Sucks because I really like SMG.

Darn, I'm not watching most of these shows.  I wanted to watch Revenge.  We are watching New Girl, but my husband doesn't really care for it.  He likes Zooey Deschanel, but doesn't think the writing is very good and thinks its the same every show: Jess is being Jess, the guys say, "no no no, don't be Jess, we need you for something else" so she tries to do what they want, then the guys all feel bad and say, "it's OK, you can be Jess" then they all have a drink together.  He is liking Two Broke Girls better.  We are also watching Suburgatory, but I don't care for it much.

We're also watching Terra Nova.

I think it's better just to wait and see what shows make it.  Nothing like watching a show and having it canceled every time.

Terra Nova is fun! A Gifted Man seems promising (watched once on hulu)...  Looking forward to Once Upon a Time!

pretty much, yeah.. I don't know where else they can go with it, but I hope they can open up some more plot lines.
i will be checking out some of the other shows mentioned.

I find person of interest pretty interesting so far, but I am afraid that it might end up being repeditive.

I am really liking a gifted man.  Very funny, with just enough drama.

Wow, does Grimm remind anyone else of The Sisters Grimm? Dang that's pretty imitative, but  just switch the lead to a grown man. If I was Michael Buckley I'd be asking my lawyers to take a long hard look if I wasn't already getting a cut.

I'm interested in two Jason Isaacs vehicles. I Tivo'd "Case Histories" on PBS last Sunday and haven't had a chance to watch it yet. I also think "Awake" on NBC looks intriguing, but it doesn't start til January I think.

I watched Case Histories last night.  It was pretty good and I am looking forward to the remaining 3 episodes.

We dropped Pan Am like a hot rock.  The characters just seemed to young and not very "sixties".  And maybe they did, but I don't think the Pan Am flight crew was put up in 4 star hotels for every trip.

I've been watching a lot of the new fall shows (thanks to hulu!!) and lots of work at night at home. eyesroll.gif

Favs so far:

Revenge

Pan Am

Up all Night (DH hasn't seen much, but has chuckled at what he has seen so far)

Prime Suspect

Giving a chance:

Suburgatory

No bueno:
Whitney - we tried 3 times to watch and it was painful

The Secret Circle - ugh

Pending because we haven't watched it yet or it's not out:

TerraNova

New Girl

Once a upon a Time

Grimm

Person of Interest

Watched Once Upon A Time with my 8 year old ds and we both liked it.  I had to explain a couple of things to him about the storyline, but otherwise he got it and was even talking about it with me this morning.   Anyone else watch?  Thoughts?

Saw a preview of Grimm and heard an interview with actor Sean Hayes, who is producing Grimm, say that it was filmed in Portland, OR (my old beloved stomping ground!), so I now have to watch at least one episode.  winky.gif  Thankfully it is on Friday nights when there is nothing else on and I am too exhausted to do anything except plug into the TV.

So far I have watched Once Upon a Time (which I really really loved!!!! Best show I have seen in a while IMO) And I just came here to see if anyone else was talking about Once Upon a Time! innocent.gif

I also started watching Pan Am......I liked the first couple show's - but I almost don't really know where they are going to go? shrug.gif

Watched "Up All Night" it made me laugh, but I wouldn't cry if I missed it if you know what I mean.

Those are all the new shows I watched. I am seriously afraid of watching new shows - ANY time I watch a pilot it never goes past the first season..........

I thought Once Upon a Time was okay, it seemed a little all over the place? I'm going to be watching it though : ) I'm excited for Grim this week! And we caught up on Walking Dead
