Well-Checks & Visit After Home Birth

We are expecting our first baby in January, and are planning a home birth.

Our plan is to decline all vaccinations for our baby. 

My question is, following a home birth, how soon should we see our pediatrician?

Also, if we are not vaccinating, do we need to follow the typical well-child check-up schedule?

I usually see such babies around 72 hours of age.  I do about every other regular-scheduled checkup on unvaxed babies - like 3 days, 2 months, 6 months, 12 months, 21 months, 3 years, 5 years - something like that.
